Award winning creator Ziggie Bergman developed this ground breaking natural ageing well programme and treatment after many years’ practicing Reflexology and studying with Native American shaman and healers in New Mexico.
The Zone Face Lift combines traditional reflexology methods and ancient healing techniques from Native American shamans and uses pressure-point massage, and a crystal infused facial elixir. A facial reflexology sequence is followed by sculpting massage using zone face lift sculpting tools.
Renowned for removing as much as 10 years over the 12-week programme which lifts the face and spirit, The Zone Face Lift will leave clients feeling blissed-out, with a smoother face to match.
Zone face lift is a 12 week programme of weekly treatments. To get the full benefit of the programme no more than a week should pass between treatments.
Individual treatments can also be booked and are ideal before a big occasion.

Brooke has had 12 weekly treatments of Zone Face Lift at Sweetpea Reflexology. Brooke is 30 years old and a new mum.
At week one you can see Brooke has dark circles under her eyes and marionette lines from the side of her nose to her mouth. By week 6 these have started to reduce and at week 12 you can see a vast improvement. Her skin tone has improved, dark circles are virtually gone, marionette lines are much reduced and her eyes look lifted.
