The starting point is deciding what size portrait you want - sizes and prices are set out below.

Once you know what you want, the next step is to get good reference photos for me to work from. These are vitally important - the better the reference photo the better the portrait will be! The best reference photos are taken in daylight and clearly show the true colour of your pet.

It is important to have a clear view of the pets eyes and nose and full head. Photos taken from the pets eye level are best. Several photos showing your pet from different angles are helpful. But if you only have a few photos, as your pet has perhaps passed on, then please get in touch for us to discuss possibilities.

Terms and Conditions

A 50% deposit is required to secure your place in my diary. Once I begin working on your portrait, this becomes non refundable. The remaining 50% of the price becomes due when the portrait has been completed and you have confirmed you are happy with it. Once this payment has been made, I will post your portrait to you using fully insured next day delivery.

Portraits are supplied mounted, in a cellophane protective envelope and will be packaged securely. Frames are not included.

It normally takes around two weeks to complete your portrait depending on the complexity - I will give you a timescale when you are booking your portrait. If you require your portrait for a specific date, for example a birthday, please order early and let me know of this at the time of booking.

I reserve the right to share and display the artwork, including on social media, my website or other promotional material. If you would like me to wait before sharing, for example if the portrait is a gift, please advise me of this at the time of booking.

I retain the copyright of the artwork and you are not permitted to make copies of same or use the artwork on merchandise. You will own the physical artwork and it will be yours to display or gift as you wish.

I take your privacy seriously and will protect your personal information. Any personal details you provide such as your name, address and contact information will be used solely for the purpose of creating and delivering your pet portrait artwork. I will never sell, share or disclose your information to third parties except as required to deliver your pet portrait artwork. By proceeding with an order you agree to these terms and conditions.
